The State Government Of Victoria is seeking a Financial Assistance Scheme Contact Centre Officer to support victims of crime with clear and sensitive advice. This full time position is fixed-term until 30th June 2028 and offers a salary of $81,496–$98,955 per year plus superannuation. In this role, you will provide guidance on financial help and referrals, employing a trauma-informed approach. Ideal candidates will have experience in community services and demonstrate strong communication skills.
