You will play a key role in mentoring others, uplifting engineering practices, and ensuring our systems operate smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring production systems and platforms are secure, reliable, and well‑maintained
- Building, refining, and improving deployment, monitoring, and provisioning systems
- Maintaining and testing backup and restore solutionsDesigning and enhancing monitoring and alerting for new and existing services
- Contributing to cloud cost optimisation
- Providing technical leadership across SRE, cloud platforms, and automation
- Shaping SRE strategy, processes, and best practices

- Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles
- Extensive experience working with AWS (or similar cloud platforms)
- Experience with cloud‑based backup and restore solutions
- 5+ years in software engineering, SRE or DevOps positions
- Experience in K–12 education technology (nice to have) Skills
- Excellent time and priority management
- High attention to detail with a solution‑focused mindset
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication
