The Opportunity Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of accounts payable and receivable functions while supporting the wider finance team with reconciliations, reporting, and administration duties. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Preparing and processing supplier payments
- Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Ensuring invoices are approved and processed accurately and within deadlines
- Maintaining accurate creditor records and documentation Accounts Receivable
- Raising and issuing invoices
- Allocating incoming payments and receipting
- Following up outstanding accounts and overdue payments
- Managing customer account queries professionally and efficiently
- Reconciling debtor accounts
- Assisting with credit control and collections processes Finance & Administration Support
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assisting with finance administration and ad hoc duties as required
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the organisation Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or all-round Accounts Officer position
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
