Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg. About the Role This role requires an experienced implementation scientist to lead and support mixed‑methods research evaluating digital health and AI‑enabled models of care. It is responsible for delivering high‑quality research, applying implementation science frameworks to improve adoption and sustainability, and working closely with clinicians, researchers and industry partners to translate evidence into practice. Qualifications
- Experience in health services research, implementation science or digital health
- Proven ability to design and deliver mixed‑methods research and evaluation
- Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including clinical and industry partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
