Seasonal Store Associate The Seasonal Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store, responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in‑depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
- Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
- Processing deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back‑of‑house areas.
- Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor. Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
- Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
- The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do. Eligibility Only candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia are eligible to apply for this position. Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends. Working Hours Shifts include late night trading, weekends and public holidays. Days are scheduled as:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 8:00pm (22:00pm on Thursday and Friday)
- Saturday: 7:00am to 8:00pm
