- Develop and deliver the RSP capability and change roadmap.
- Coordinate RSP pilots and trials.
- Drive continuous improvement of RSP processes and implementation practices.
- Oversee governance and change controls for successful adoption of current capabilities.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement to represent strategic business needs.
- Provide commercial, regulatory, financial, and risk-modelling leadership to assess obligations, service levels, and operational changes.
- Partner with key internal teams to support executive decision-making and operational performance outcomes. Candidate Profile
- Robust leadership with experience managing complex programs across the telecom and RSP landscape.
- Advanced problem-solving, technical acumen, and expertise in full lifecycle project and program management (planning, risk management, communications, advantages realisation).
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, interpersonal influence, and ability to design and implement complex solutions.
- Highly motivated, customer-centric, and skilled in driving current capability delivery, structured change, and process improvement.
