The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for technology and a strong drive to continuously learn and innovate across all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You must have proven experience in difficult maintenance and migration projects, deep knowledge of architecture and technical trade-offs, and the ability to debug and solve complex issues by identifying root cause.You must demonstrate exceptional communication skills and thrive in a quick-moving environment where rapid learning and adaptation are the norm. You should have advanced coding abilities in .NET Core, extensive experience designing and developing Web APIs, and be well-versed in software best practices. Additionally, you will help lead a technical team of 20+ engineers and testers, mentoring other engineers, guiding technical decision-making, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within a cloud-first, agile environment. **Your role:*** Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex back-end systems using .NET MVC and C#, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions.* Oversee deployment, configuration, and management of applications on Azure Cloud, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performance.* Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to engineering teams, fostering rapid learning and professional growth.* Act as a technical advisor for the business, translating requirements into actionable technical solutions and supporting ongoing operations.**What you bring:*** Proven experience in back-end software development, with a focus on leadership and leading technical teams.* Demonstrated experience in designing and building high performance applications and implementing best practices across an entire stack.* Proven track record in tough migration and maintenance projects, while still delivering business value.* Creative and able to think through complex problems and provide balanced solutions.* Strong communication skills and a team player.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
