About the Role This is a hands‑on Financial Manager/ Controller role within a multi‑site hospitality setting, initially focused on building structure, systems and financial discipline across the group. Reporting to the CEO & CFO, you will play a key role in strengthening reporting, controls and commercial insight across the business. The role requires close partnership with operations and venue teams, with a strong emphasis on understanding performance at a site level. Responsibilities
- Act as the senior finance partner to the CEO and leadership team
- Build and embed financial systems, reporting structures and controls across the group
- Deliver accurate, timely and insightful monthly management reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management across multiple venues
- Provide commercial analysis to support decision‑making and venue performance
- Partner closely with operations and venue managers to drive accountability and profitability
- Support business planning, growth initiatives and development opportunities
- Strengthen governance, compliance and financial discipline across the group The successful candidate You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced and multi‑site environments. You are equally comfortable building structure from the ground up as you are operating at a strategic level with senior stakeholders. You will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior finance role (Financial Controller or Finance Manager level)
- Background in hospitality, retail, property or multi‑site operations highly regarded
- Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting and financial control environments
- Hands‑on, SME mindset with the ability to operate in detail‑heavy environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CA preferred) Benefits
