Creating a Place People Love As our Resident Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the community, responsible for creating a connected, welcoming workplace at INDI Southbank where residents genuinely feel they belong. This role leads the design and delivery of engaging experiences – bringing people together through curated events, meaningful day‑to‑day interactions, and a vibrant digital community platform. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging community events and initiatives that build connection and boost resident satisfaction
- Develop ancillary services that add value for residents and drive additional revenue
- Support brand positioning and market leadership in partnership with Marketing and senior leaders
- Manage the resident app and digital platforms to maximise engagement and insight
- Build strong relationships and foster a positive, inclusive community culture About You
- Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent's Representative Certificate (VIC)
- Proven experience in property, built‑to‑rent, hospitality, or a customer‑focused setting
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
