Overview Vodafone's retail team is seeking a customer champion passionate about technology and building connections with customers across a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Discover what customers want and need and help them use Vodafone technology in daily life.
- Provide best‑value solutions and advice that fit each customer’s lifestyle.
- Offer technical support, troubleshoot queries, and guide customers to use the Vodafone app independently.
- Remain current on the latest devices, accessories, perks and events to effectively assist customers.
- Attend a minimum of 15.25 hours per week, scheduled across at least 3 shifts, with flexible availability for additional shifts. Qualifications We’re looking for individuals who bring enthusiasm, excellent communication, adaptability, and a desire to learn about new gadgets and trends.
