Based in South Melbourne, you’ll join a growing function with plenty of room to shape how mobility is delivered across the business.You’ll lead the design, management, and ongoing improvement of the organisation’s mobile ecosystem, working across platforms like Microsoft Intune, T-MDM , and Omnissa. With a solid focus on Apple iOS and iPadOS, you’ll play a key role in keeping the environment secure, scalable, and aligned to evolving cyber security and business needs.Beyond day-to-day operations, this role gives you the chance to drive strategy, uplift platforms, and mentor others — making a genuine impact on how mobility capability evolves into the future.**Key responsibilities:*** Acting as the go-to Level 3 expert for enterprise mobility, specialising in Apple iOS/iPadOS* Owning and optimising the full mobile device lifecycle, across both BYOD and corporate environments* Leading the resolution of complex and high-impact issues, providing clear guidance and direction* Designing and embedding security, compliance, and policy frameworks aligned with ICT and Cyber Security* Driving platform improvements, uplift initiatives, and long-term strategy, while supporting and mentoring the wider team**Required Skills and Competencies*** Proven senior-level experience managing enterprise mobility environments, with deep expertise in Apple iOS/iPadOS within corporate ICT settings* Strong hands-on capability across MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune, T-MDM , Omnissa) and mobile lifecycle management* Demonstrated experience in designing and enforcing mobile security, compliance, conditional access, and endpoint security frameworks* Well-rounded background including Apple Business Manager, Entra ID (Azure AD), ITIL practices, stakeholder engagement, and relevant ICT qualifications or certification*ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
