About You We seek a mid-level project architect/designer with experience of complex projects, a solid understanding of design development and delivery, adept at problem-solving and collaboration with team members and consultants for optimal project outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Capable of working on complex, multi-phase projects with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare architectural drawings and models that accurately reflect the design intent.
- Assist in ensuring designs and technical documentation are compliant with project requirements and standards under supervision of senior staff.
- Communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders using robust visual and verbal presentation skills. Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of local experience.
- Good understanding of design and construction documentation.
- Solid understanding of Australian building codes.
- Strong level of technical or construction knowledge (highly regarded).
- Experience working in complex commercial or large-scale multi‑residential projects (highly regarded).
- Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required.
- Revit proficiency is essential.
