Information Technology Project Manager (Melbourne)

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager (Data & Integration) to lead a major Transportation Management System (TMS) migration and transformation program within a large enterprise setting. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of a complex platform transition, with a strong focus on data migration, integrations, ETL delivery, and business continuity across supply chain operations. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale TMS migration program from planning through execution
- Manage complex data migration and ETL workstreams
- Coordinate multiple vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee integration delivery across enterprise platforms and event-driven systems
- Drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting
- Ensure seamless transition with minimal operational disruption across supply chain and logistics functions
- Translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing data migration-heavy transformation programs
- Solid understanding of ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Data validation, reconciliation, and quality management
- Experience managing complex integrations and streaming/event-driven architectures
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills
