- Own delivery of customer-facing modules including payroll, POS, and core business applications
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices and modern engineering workflows
- Partner with Product Management on scope, prioritisation, and delivery planning What You'll Need
- Proven experience leading application or product engineering teams in enterprise software environments
- Track record managing multiple teams or squads with focus on delivery outcomes
- Experience with frontend technologies and comfortable operating across modern and legacy systems
