The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior/Property Manager looking to take the next step into a position overseeing a well‑established team and portfolio.
- Manage a portfolio of 180 properties
- Leasing and in‑house admin support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance via approved contractors
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
- Ensure compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Utilise systems such as PropertyMe, IRE, and Inspection Express
- Growth into a Team Leader position About You
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in residential property management
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Confident managing a portfolio end‑to‑end
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management skills
- Personal car and driver’s license What's on Offer

- Monday to Friday – No weekends
