The role Sitting directly beneath the Group CISO, you'll shape the cybersecurity strategy, own the portfolio and produce reporting that reaches the Executive Leadership Team and board. You'll facilitate strategic planning sessions, keep a senior team honest on delivery and be the person who brings structure and clarity to one of the most complex cybersecurity functions in the country. The CISO is sharp, direct and deeply invested in getting this right. The role will evolve. The right person will grow with it. What you'll bring
- 6+ years at a senior level across cyber, technology or business transformation
- A genuine track record of driving business change, not just managing it
- The ability to produce board papers and executive reporting that influences decisions
- Experience facilitating strategic planning sessions with senior stakeholders
- Communication maturity to be credible with CIOs and senior leaders from day one
- Enough cyber literacy to ask the right questions of subject matter experts
- PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP or similar qualifications are well-regarded If your background is purely technical or infrastructure-focused, this probably isn't the right fit.
