We are proudly part of Japan Post — bal Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.**The Opportunity****IT Infrastructure Specialist – Networks.**Please note this is a permanent full time role based in Toll groups head office in Melbourne, VIC.Toll Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist – Networks to join our Group IT Infrastructure Operations team based in Melbourne.This role will see you act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across enterprise networking, supporting the design, implementation, and optimisation of network infrastructure in a global environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining business-critical systems while contributing to new and emerging technologies.As the IT Infrastructure Specialist – Networks, you’ll be responsible for:* Provide expert-level support across network infrastructure environments* Design, implement, and optimise network solutions and architecture* Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents (break/fix)* Support configuration, performance, and reliability of network systems* Apply strong analytical skills to identify issues and deliver root cause analysis* Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritise business-critical incidents* Contribute to continuous improvement and infrastructure enhancementsAbout YouTo be successful in the role, you will have:* Strong experience across enterprise networking environments.* Experience with Zscaler (preferred/critical platform)* Relevant network or infrastructure certifications* Exposure to enterprise/global IT environments**What moves you?**At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
