- A strong educational background, preferably with postgraduate qualifications inSocial Work
- A deep understanding of effective educational practices, ideally with experience in both teaching and working within a tertiary education institution
- A proven track record of substantial industry practice in thesocial work field, showcasing real-world expertise and insights
- Eligibility for membership of AASW (Australian Association of Social Work)
- Demonstrated passion for nurturing and empowering the next generation ofsocial workers through exceptional teaching and mentorship
