- Drive Technical Excellence: Provide hands‑on leadership across design, development, and code quality practices.

- Strengthen Engineering Practices: Champion modern development practices including CI/CD, testing, and code standards.

- Proven experience in a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or engineering leadership role.
- Strong hands‑on development expertise in Java and enterprise application environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop engineering teams.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (design, testing, security, maintainability).
- Experience with Agile delivery, Git‑based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AWS cloud technologies and modern architecture principles.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to improve systems, processes, and team performance.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working across distributed, cross‑functional teams.
