PEGA Lead Decisioning Architect (Melbourne)

We are currently seeking an experienced PEGA Lead Decisioning Architect for an exciting contract opportunity based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have robust hands‑on experience with PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH), enterprise decisioning solutions, and marketing technologies. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of PEGA CDH solutions
- Provide technical advisory support across business and technical stakeholders
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery using the latest PEGA CDH capabilities
- Design scalable and reusable enterprise solutions
- Support customer journey mapping and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with business, delivery, sales, and training teams Qualifications
- 8–10 years of PEGA platform design & development experience
- 3–4 years of PEGA Decisioning / CDH experience
- Strong experience with marketing and decisioning platforms such as Adobe, Tealium, Experian, Chordiant, Oracle, Marketo, Salesforce, IBM Unica, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments Mandatory Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with PEGA v8.x and above
- Strong expertise in PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
