Customer Success Manager - Legaltech (Melbourne)

A well-funded, early-stage startup is completely reimagining the visa application process in Australia through a first-of-its-kind digital migration platform. Backed by experienced operators and fresh seed-stage funding, this business is growing fast and looking for a lawyer ready to do something different. This is not a traditional legal role. You'll own the end-to-end client journey across visa applications while simultaneously helping shape the digital product being built to scale the business. - Manage client relationships and coordinate visa applications end-to-end, from eligibility screening through to lodgment
- Work alongside senior lawyers and migration experts to prepare and review applications with a high attention to detail
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and help implement tools and processes that lift speed, quality, and consistency
- Collaborate across ops and growth as needed — this is an early-stage team and the role will flex We are looking for
- Admitted lawyer with 1–3 years of post-admission experience
- A demonstrated track record of outperforming in academic or professional settings
- High ownership and autonomy — you identify problems before they become blockers
- Solid written and verbal communication and exceptional attention to detail
