About the role As the Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of Marshall White and a key support to the office team. You will manage reception, greet clients and visitors, handle incoming calls, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support across the office. Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors and team members with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and general reception enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments and day‑to‑day office activity.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and broader office.
- Maintain a polished and well‑presented front office and reception area.
- Anticipate busy periods and prepare proactively to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify issues early and take initiative to resolve them before they escalated.
- Support the office with clear communication, organisation and follow‑through.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team culture. About you
- Experience in reception, front office coordination or a similar customer‑facing office role.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional manner.
- Able to recognise busy periods and plan ahead to support the team effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a high standard of presentation.
- Tech savvy and adaptable, with strong general administration skills.
- A genuine interest in providing exceptional service and representing a premium brand.
