About You You’re a detail‑focused and proactive professional who enjoys combining hands‑on work with data analysis. You have a keen eye for accuracy, are confident identifying inconsistencies, problem‑solving, and maintaining reliable records across systems. You take ownership of your work, stay organised, and bring a practical mindset to improving data quality and supporting better service outcomes. What Your Experience Might Look Like
- Robust ability to analyse data, identify issues, and resolve root causes, with proficiency in spreadsheets, databases or GIS; experience with WasteEdge or similar systems.
- Proven experience conducting field‑based inspections or audits, including the ability to assess, document and report on physical site conditions accurately and independently.
- A high level of initiative and independence, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads across field and desktop activities with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated knowledge of waste management principles and practices necessary to support accurate service delivery and data integrity within a municipal context.
