Part-Time Remote SDR: LinkedIn & Email Outreach Pro (Melbourne)

Overview We run a coaching service called Job Search Accelerator (JSA) that helps experienced professionals land senior roles at top companies. We have helped 100 plus job seekers to land their dream role in less than 90 days. We're hiring a part-time SDR to handle outbound LinkedIn and email outreach so our team can focus on closing and delivery. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential for the right person. No base, no salary — but you keep a meaningful slice of every deal you help close. Role You will be responsible for the top of our sales funnel: identifying qualified prospects, sending outbound messages on LinkedIn and email, qualifying replies, and booking discovery calls onto our calendar. Time commitment: 15-20 hours/week Where you'll work: Remote. Async‑friendly. We’ll have one 30‑min sync per week. What You’ll Do
- Source 50-100 qualified prospects per week from a defined ICP (we provide the criteria)
- Send personalised LinkedIn connection requests and follow‑ups using our proven scripts
- Run email outreach campaigns (we’ll provide templates and the tool)
- Qualify replies and handle initial objections
- Book discovery calls onto our calendar via Calendly
- Update CRM (HubSpot/Notion/Excel) with every interaction
- Send a short Friday report: messages sent, replies, calls booked What You Get From Us
- Defined ICP and target list criteria
- Proven LinkedIn scripts and email templates (already tested)
- Lead sourcing tools and access (Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Direct one‑to‑one coaching from sales expert
- All inbound interest from your outreach is yours to convert Compensation (Choose Your Structure) Option A — Per‑Activity + Bonus:
- Commission per qualified discovery call booked AND attended by prospect
- Realistic earnings: $1,500-$3,000 AUD/month Option B — Pure Commission:
- 15% of every closed deal ($750 AUD per $5,000 deal)
- Realistic earnings: $1,500-$4,500 AUD/month if you’re robust on quality Pick the structure that suits you. Paid monthly via Wise or PayPal. Targets (First 60 Days)
- 200+ qualified outbound touches per week
