We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager who can operate in a true consulting-and‑doing role — shaping strategy while also delivering outcomes on the ground. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys assessing what’s not working, defining a better way forward, and then helping make it happen. What you’ll be doing:
- Assess the client’s current testing capability and maturity
- Define and implement improvements across testing practices, processes, and tooling
- Act as a trusted advisor — consulting with stakeholders on what to do and why
- Lead and execute testing activities across complex systems and integrations, including Billing/ Payroll systems, Finance platforms, Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise and integration-heavy environments
- Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on testing delivery where required What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong background uplifting testing capability and introducing best practice
- Comfortable working across strategy, advisory, and delivery
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
