Senior Finance Analyst – Workforce, Technology & Change Reporting to the Finance Manager – Workforce Delivery Location: DOCKLANDS, VIC, AU, 3008 Responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver financial analysis and advice across month‑end, forecasting and planning cycles.
- Supporting accurate month‑end close, including variance analysis and clear, concise performance commentary.
- Analysing complex cost base, including workforce, technology and project spend, to provide insights and identify opportunities.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment to operational drivers and enterprise strategy.
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support business cases, tender submissions and investment decisions.
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through forward‑looking analysis and scenario modelling. Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Experience in management accounting or finance partnering.
- Robust understanding of cost centres, P&Ls; and expense management across complex environments.
- Experience supporting month‑end processes, including analysis and performance commentary.
- Experience delivering budgets and forecasts in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Strong financial modelling capability to support business cases and initiatives. About You You are a commercially minded finance professional with experience in business partnering, ideally within a large and complex organisation. You are comfortable working across multiple portfolios, engaging stakeholders and translating complex data into actionable insights.
