Compliance Support Officer (Melbourne)

Permanent full-time chance Located at our Kooyong office with Work from Home Flexibility. Base Salary = $89,275 + Superannuation with Salary Packaging up to $15.9k. About The Opportunity As our Compliance Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring contracts and compliance for relevant contracts/agreements and all legal regulatory requirements in accordance with an internal Contracts Compliance Plan. Review and maintain our contractual obligations to ensure Vision Australia operates under a strict compliance and administration focus and to ensure that service teams own the funded program operations; Manage and monitor the organisational complaints process including the administration of complaints resolution activities; Maintain Vision Australia's organisational information on government departmental portals, as relevant. About You As part of the Compliance Team, you should have tertiary qualifications, and/or work experience, in the areas of business or administration. In addition, experience and/or strong knowledge in regulatory statutory compliance is essential. You will also have:
- Previous demonstrated experience in an administrator and project delivery role;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially excel), Adobe Professional, SharePoint, email, internet and intranet;
