- Design & Build: Architect, develop, and enhance internal software products and tools to support payment card personalisation.
- Validate & Test: Configure EMV profiles, use chip test tools, and ensure payment card validation.
- Champion Best Practice: Lead the full software development lifecycle—design, development, testing, documentation, and handover.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and implement new tools, processes, and technologies.
