About the role As a Senior Account Manager at Garth Group of Companies, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to drive business growth and retention. This full‑time role is based in Sunshine West, VIC 3020 and is an integral part of the company's sales and account management team. Australian citizenship is required for this position. What you'll be doing Cultivating and managing long‑term relationships with assigned portfolio of key clients. Proactively identifying opportunities to expand existing client accounts and develop new revenue streams. Effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Collaborating cross‑functionally to develop and implement account plans to achieve both client and company objectives. Accurately forecasting and tracking account performance to identify trends and potential risks. Providing excellent customer service and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Representing the company at client meetings, industry events and other stakeholder engagements. What we're looking for 8+ years of experience in account management or a similar sales‑focused role, preferably within the Sales industry and Account & Relationship Management sub‑sector. Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve client issues. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to track account performance. Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross‑functionally. Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
