Delivery Lead - SAP SuccessFactors (Melbourne)

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead – SAP SuccessFactors to take accountability for end‑to‑end delivery outcomes on a large, complex initiative. As the Delivery Lead, you will act as a senior delivery owner, working across business and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes throughout the full delivery lifecycle—from requirements through to implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery outcomes , ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Ensure solutions meet agreed quality standards, timelines, and governance frameworks
- Lead and oversee the full delivery lifecycle : requirements, build, test, and implementation
- Operate as a senior business owner and decision-maker on delivery matters
- Work within formal governance, assurance, and regulatory frameworks
- Drive effective planning, coordination, and delivery management across teams
- Engage, influence, and manage relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience leading complex business and/or technology initiatives in large organisations
- Solid understanding of end-to-end delivery lifecycle and enterprise delivery models
- Proven ability to function as a senior delivery leader and decision-maker
- Experience working in environments with structured governance and assurance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution capabilities
