The Narre Warren South Campus is seeking a proactive and hands‑on Property Services Leading Hand to support the effective operation of our facilities and grounds. In this full‑time role, you will work closely with the Property Manager while providing day‑to‑day coordination and support to the Property Services team. From overseeing maintenance schedules and managing car‑park operations to responding to on‑the‑ground needs, you will play a key role in ensuring our College workplace is safe, welcoming, well‑maintained, and running smoothly. You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Have demonstrated experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a trade background
- Are highly motivated
- Are organised and able to coordinate tasks and priorities across a team
- Can confidently show initiative and solve problems as they arise
- Understand the importance of safety, security, and preventative maintenance
