Our Sales and Partner Management team is looking for a Training and Operations Graduate. - Supporting the delivery of training across various digital and physical platforms to dealership staff, including preparing training materials, setting up training sessions, and ensuring a smooth delivery process.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of training modules tailored for the use of our Area Managers and dealership Business Managers.
- Monitoring the accreditations inbox and processing Dealer Business Manager accreditations and offboarding procedures, ensuring all accreditation requests are handled promptly and accurately.
- Supporting the monitoring and completion of process control checks to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Driving the setup and execution of in-person training sessions, both on-site and off-site, involving logistical planning, coordinating with venues, and ensuring all necessary resources are available for effective training delivery. What you should bring along?
- A tertiary qualification in Business or relevant discipline required, with a focus on learning and development advantageous.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment highly desirable.
- Possess a growth mindset and passion for learning and development.
- Ability to work proactively with advanced organisational skills, demonstrated work ethic and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. What do we offer?
