Overview Senior Service Designer | Retail Loyalty Join a household name in retail to redefine how millions of customers engage with their brand. We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Service Designer for a high-impact, 6-month contract focused on evolving a world-class loyalty and personalisation ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Duration: 6 Months (Initial)
- Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week)
- Focus: End-to-end service design for Loyalty & Digital Experience You will tackle complex, ambiguous problems within a massive enterprise environment, translating customer insights into scalable service solutions.
- Lead & Execute: Drive service design initiatives from research and blueprinting through to execution.
- Loyalty & Personalization: Shape the future of how customers interact with digital and in-store loyalty programs.
- Strategic Storytelling: Map complex ecosystems and translate them into clear, influential narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital, Marketing, Tech, and Operations to bridge the gap between customer needs and operational reality. We need a practitioner who is equally comfortable "doing the work" as they are coaching others. Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years in Service Design, specifically within large-scale enterprise environments .
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Loyalty programs or high-frequency retail services.
- Toolkit: Expert-level skills in customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and ecosystem mapping.
- Educated: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HCD, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- Influencer: Exceptional ability to navigate stakeholder politics and negotiate outcomes in a rapid-paced retail setting.
