- Manage key categories and deliver strong execution of joint business plans in partnership with Coles.
- Drive profitable growth across the portfolio, bringing brand and category strategies to life through best‑in‑class promotional execution, innovation and in‑store activation.
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain and Insights teams to ensure alignment and delivery of customer and business objectives.
- Manage trade spend and promotional programmes, maintain ranging, pricing and distribution.
- Lead category reviews and new line submissions.
- Partner closely with Marketing to deliver impactful activations and support NPD launches.
- Use data and insights (IRI/Nielsen) to influence decision‑making and optimise performance.
- Report to the Customer Director – Coles on a 15‑month maternity leave contract based at the Mentone Head Office. Person
- Proven experience as a National or Key Account Manager within FMCG, grocery or a related channel.
- Strong commercial mindset, with demonstrated ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes for both customer and business.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical capability and proficiency in tools such as IRI/Nielsen and MS Office.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Proactive, results‑driven approach with a genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute to a high‑performing team.
