- Build close client relationships
- Explore and diagnose business problems from an expert behavioural perspective
- Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand behaviour
- Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover commercial outcomes
- Test and evaluate ideas
- Design and apply evidence-based behavioural interventions
- Engage clients through workshops and training What We’re Looking For
- Postgraduate qualifications in behaviour change
- psychology, behavioural economics, neuroscience, behavioural science, or other related discipline
- Prior experience in a consulting, research or behavioural insights role
- Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
- A commercial mindset and a love of turning insight into action
- You pride yourself on your critical thinking
