Program Overview Citi’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week program dedicated to giving future business leaders a complete view of Citi’s Corporate Advisory business through hands‑on experience. It is designed to equip interns with the knowledge and training needed to play a valuable role on their team and establish a long‑term career at Citi. Responsibilities
- Complete an extensive training program to gain the fundamental skills of a Summer Analyst role.
- Take on assignments equivalent to full‑time responsibilities.
- Develop the core skills required of a full‑time analyst and gain direct exposure on deals and transactions.
- Successful interns may be offered a place in Citi’s Graduate Analyst Program for 2028. Qualifications
- Penultimate or final year student with strong academic achievement in a wide variety of disciplines (Business, STEM, Arts, Law, etc.).
- Demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Passion for finance and genuine interest to learn.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the Citi community through teamwork, leadership, and mentoring.
- Commitment to personal success and the success of the institution.
- Ability to win and sustain the loyalty of institutional clients with confidence and good judgment.
- Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas to implement innovative strategies. Application Process
