Technical Consultant – Digital & Customer Platforms Location: Melbourne, VIC Start Date: 25 May 2026 Duration: Initial 3‑month contract with a high possibility of extension. Working Flexibility: Melbourne‑based with mostly work from home and occasional travel to Regional South West Victoria Role Overview NTT Data is seeking a Technical Consultant to develop a strategic Customer Digital Platform roadmap to guide the next phase of customer and digital transformation. The role focuses on future‑state definition, CX maturity uplift, and long‑term digital investment planning. Key Responsibilities
- Assess current‑state customer, digital, and data capabilities
- Define future‑state architecture and capability models
- Facilitate cross‑functional stakeholder workshops
- Sequence initiatives, dependencies, and investment priorities
- Support CX maturity uplift and value realisation Skills & Experience
- Strong previous experience developing digital or CX roadmaps
- Experience across CRM and billing platforms
- Understanding of customer experience maturity models
- Strong stakeholder facilitation and alignment skills
- Strategic thinking with practical delivery focus
