- Lead from the front to drive sales, KPIs, and overall store performance through strategic planning and excellence in execution.
- Inspire, coach, and develop your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, styling advice, and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
- Leverage your commercial acumen to build effective rosters aligned with productivity and wage targets.
