Job Description Are you a passionate and growth‑driven commis chef who thrives in a rapid‑paced kitchen? We're looking for a motivated casual commis chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities
- Supporting kitchen operations across all meal periods and service styles, including à la carte, room service, banquets, and buffet service.
- Ensuring all food produced aligns with established kitchen recipes and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
- Working collaboratively across all kitchen sections to promote flexibility and productivity.
- Supporting stock rotation and stock control processes to minimise wastage.
- Contributing positively to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment.
- A strong team player who can perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- A solid work ethic and genuine passion for food.
- Flexibility to work across various kitchen sections.
