- Lead delivery across a broad Customer Platform portfolio, balancing new initiatives, continuous improvement and platform health
- Coach and develop a group of experienced leaders, helping them grow capability and confidence
- Partner closely with engineering, architecture, vendors and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
- Bring clarity to planning, sequencing and trade‑offs across multiple squads and dependencies
- Shape pragmatic ways of working that blend agile thinking with strong delivery discipline
- Oversee funding, capacity, vendor partnerships and delivery governance in a way that supports long‑term sustainability
- Build delivery confidence by proactively managing risk, dependencies and operational readiness

- Senior delivery leadership experience across large portfolios with a mix of running and growing the platform.
- Strong experience delivering within complex technology environments
- A pragmatic understanding of agile, lean and structured delivery approaches
- Confidence managing scope, budgets, vendors, risks and dependencies at scale
- Experience coaching and developing delivery leaders and building high‑performing teams
- The ability to translate customer, commercial and platform priorities into clear delivery outcomes
- Experience communicating to executives and strategic leaders
- Ability to operate at a strategic level and in the detail
