- Become recognised as a subject-matter expert and trusted thought partner within dss+ and to our clients. You will be responsible to:
- Lead major client engagements, working closely with senior client stakeholders to shape direction and deliver meaningful outcomes;
- Deliver outstanding client experience, consistently delivering high-quality work that leads to repeat business. Be a trusted advisor with senior client executives and maintain relationships in alignment with the account team to deepen and expand relationships;
- Grow accounts and win work, help position the firm’s capabilities in leadership, culture, and human performance;
- Contribute to thought leadership and offerings, help shape and evolve the firm’s approach to leadership, culture, and human performance;
- Develop people and build capability, helping others build skills in consulting, leadership, and client engagement;
- Project Manage large, complex, multiyear projects to deliver client impact, whilst managing a team, project quality and project profitability;
- Participate and contribute to internal and external functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing new business working with the global Marketing and the Industry Teams;

Possess effective leadership skills to drive execution in complex environments. You can work collaboratively and are personable, a good listener and connect easily with others, making you a great leader. You enjoy the variety and sometimes ambiguous contexts of leading a wide range of client projects unfolding simultaneously. Strong/effective verbal and written communication to be able to interact at different levels of the organisation, from team members to C-Suite Executives. To be successful in this position, you would bring the following qualifications and experience: A graduate from a top-tier university with a degree in a business-related major (i.e., management or finance) or engineering. A post-graduate qualification will be beneficial; Relevant post-graduate degree in field of expertise (e.g., innovation, risk management, etc.), preferred; Ideally you will possess a minimum of 10 years’ consulting experience in operational improvement (OpEx, transformation, or performance improvement), or safety and risk. Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and manage senior stakeholders in the following industries: Mining & Metals, Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities; Interest in expanding into leadership, culture, and human performance; Experience contributing to business development, proposals, or account growth; Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex projects and stakeholder interactions and provide fit-for-purpose recommendations; Exceptional interpersonal skills and team working attitude, with a passion for building high performing teams; High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and ideally visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
