- Design and implement technology solutions tailored for HR systems.
- Collaborate with data architects to enhance core HR applications.
- Support the deployment of releases, ensuring readiness and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in audits related to security, compliance, and internal controls.
- Facilitate content configuration and enablement activities for new functionalities. Technical Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
- Expert proficiency in Solution Design.
- Master proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studies. Bonus Points if you have
- Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
- Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture.
