About The Role This position is responsible for supporting organisational goals by delivering customer retention and sales outcomes of Novated Leases and related products in line with agreed targets. In doing so, it involves converting retention leads and upselling new leases and products to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while regularly reporting on progress against objectives. Role responsibilities
- Proactively manage a pipeline of existing novated lease customers, achieving desired sales and loyalty outcomes by providing exemplary customer service and guidance through the end of lease process. This includes meeting retention and upgrade targets, delighting the customer, maximising vehicles sales through the company’s vehicle procurement program, and delivering agreed sales KPI’s and conversions of upsell and cross-sell products.
- Perform various administrative activities supporting team effectiveness and ability to achieve targets.
- Champion continuous improvement
- Contribute to the identification of improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and support the implementation of efficiencies with a focus on supporting business growth, and enhancing the customer experience.
