- Support the despatch supervisor to ensure all orders are despatched on time and in full
- Check orders and ensure they are picked correctly
- Maintain the transport pick and despatch system
- Attending to gate to ensure all vehicles exiting the branch are leaving with the correct supplies
- Liaising with other staff about any issues regarding deliveries and pick-ups
- You may be required to assist with loading/unloading of trucks We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- A capability to undertake physical tasks safely
- Ability to navigate computers and systems
- Valuable organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
