- Prepare 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD.
- Operate and program 5-axis and 4-axis CNC machines.
- Perform G-code programming for CNC machines.
- Conduct quality control and assurance duties.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, buffer, and finished goods.
- Plan and schedule production activities.
- Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAM software.
- Solid knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
- Experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
