We’re currently seeking dedicated and driven Structural Engineers (mid to senior level) to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to detailed design and completion. What You'll Be Working On You’ll be part of a passionate and experienced team delivering Design & Construct projects across the Commercial and Industrial sectors — including warehouses, distribution centres, and retail developments — throughout Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Director and wider team.
- Lead and manage structural design and documentation for a range of D&C; projects.
- Oversee projects from initial concept through to construction completion.
- Engage directly with builders and other key stakeholders to deliver practical, cost‑effective solutions.
- Ensure the efficient delivery of structural designs in line with project timelines and standards. What We’re Looking For
- Robust technical skills, project management skills and the ability to lead structural design delivery.
- Experience in Design & Construct projects, particularly in commercial and industrial buildings.
- Practical problem‑solving skills and strong ability to produce efficient, buildable structural designs.
