Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Architect (Pega) to join our NCS team in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business architecture, shaping end-to-end case management solutions, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and Pega-based implementations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of business strategy and requirements into scalable Pega-based solutions and business architectures
- Define and drive end-to-end case management design, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and customer journeys
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical architects to shape solution vision and roadmap
- Provide functional leadership across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and design principles
- Facilitate requirements discovery, process modelling and backlog prioritisation in an agile delivery environment
- Ensure solutions are designed with a focus on reusability, scalability and business value realisation
- Support governance by participating in design reviews, solution validation and quality assurance activities
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and solution intent
- Stay current with Pega capabilities, industry trends and case management best practices Qualifications We are looking for a highly skilled skilled with strong business architecture expertise and hands‑on Pega experience.
- Pega Business Architecture Expertise: Proven experience in designing and delivering Pega-based case management solutions, with a solid understanding of business process transformation
- Strategic & Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to operate in a leadership capacity, defining business architecture, operating models and solution approaches
- End-to-End Case Management Design: Experience in designing complex case lifecycles, workflows and customer journeys within Pega
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to engage with senior business stakeholders, facilitating workshops and driving consensus on solution direction
- Agile Delivery Experience: Hands‑on experience working in agile environments, contributing to backlog definition, prioritisation and iterative delivery
- Integration & Ecosystem Awareness: Understanding of integrating Pega with enterprise systems and aligning business processes across platforms
- Pega Certification: Preferably holds Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or higher (e.g., CSSA/CLSA with strong business architecture exposure)
