We are expanding and seek an experienced mid‑level architect/designer to contribute to large‑scale projects nationally and globally. About You We seek a mid‑level project architect/designer with experience of complex projects, a solid understanding of design development and delivery, adept at problem‑solving and collaboration with team members and consultants for optimal project outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Work on complex, multi‑phase projects with a focus on achieving high‑quality outcomes and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare architectural drawings and models that accurately reflect the design intent.
- Assist in ensuring designs and technical documentation are compliant with project requirements and standards under supervision of senior staff.
- Communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders using robust visual and verbal presentation skills. Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of local experience.
- Good understanding of design and construction documentation.
- Solid understanding of Australian building codes.
- Strong technical/construction knowledge highly regarded.
- Experience in complex commercial or large‑scale multi‑residential projects highly regarded.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required.
