GHD Graduate Program 2026/27 - Urban Design (Melbourne)

Job Description Urban Design & Landscape Strategy team plays a key role in delivering city‑shaping projects with diverse scale, in transport, precinct development, tourism, recreation strategy development, as well as restoring and enhancing our natural setting. Through careful consideration of public and private space, human scale and quality design outcomes, we create integrated places and communities that provide benefit beyond their boundaries into the broader urban context. Qualifications
- Recently graduated (or current student expected to graduate by the end of 2026) with a degree or postgraduate studies majoring in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and AutoCAD (Revit skills are a bonus).
- Interest in working in a consulting environment within the engineering sector.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as be a great team player. Program Details The two‑year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we’ll help you detangle any challenges along the way. The role will commence with our Graduate cohort in February 2027.
