Summary Reporting to the ANZ Director, this dual role manages and supports the PACS consultant community while delivering technical training in the ANZ region. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and deliver a consistent manufacturer-led access control training and certification ecosystem.
- Ensure correct design, configuration and use of HID products in the field.
- Reduce partner deployment risk, support escalations and warranty issues.
- Support revenue growth through improved solution confidence and partner capability.
- Provide authoritative access‑control consultant training aligned to product roadmap and architecture.
- Align training to product roadmaps and New Product Introductions; work with global teams on accreditation programs for channel partners and integrators.
- Develop product‑centric training for readers, credentials, controllers, mobile access and biometrics.
- Deliver classroom and virtual technical training; run partner bootcamps and certification sessions.
- Act independently as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with regional and strategic sales teams to drive growth.
- Stay informed of HID product and service evolution and group strategy transformations.
- Establish and maintain a Security Consultant engagement framework via workshops, training sessions and design reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales & GTM, and Marketing teams.
- Influence product evolution through insights from training and consultant feedback loops. Qualifications
- Skilled, energetic and friendly with a genuine interest in business.
- Robust reporting, forecasting and presentation skills; resilient to transform prospects into customers.
- Uncompromising attention to detail; multitasking; self‑motivated with a teamwork mentality.
- Passion for technology and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent planning, prioritisation and initiative; calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications and international standards. Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years in sales roles and/or technical support experience.
- Experience selling Physical Access Control solutions is a plus.
- Experience in solution selling with SaaS or Cloud licensing models is desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; self‑starter and team player.
- Hands‑on attitude managing multiple projects with prioritisation.
- Knowledge or experience of selling RFID/Physical Access Control solutions. Work Environment and Requirements
